WHATAFIT Resistance Bands with Handles, 5-Level Exercise Bands for Workout

I needed something to exercise with while sitting in my chair. These bands work perfectly. They even work while laying in my bed. I am pleased with this purchase.

These bands are perfect for training! They are well-made, portable, offer great tension, and a must have for either a home gym or people that travel. They have proven to be a fantastic item!

I bought these for a particular medical reason and like their flexibility and ease of change. they are great so far. They are helping to bring back lost muscle tone after lengthy hospital stays.

This 5-band set from whatafit is a great value. I had purchased a product in the past called X-Factor, which was a great resistance band product, but it was big and bulky with a 3" steel tubing frame, and it was expensive. While I can't do pull-ups with these bands, they provide a cheap and easy way to do 90% of what the X-Factor did. The components appear to be durable and versatile. A great buy!

I have been using these for quite a while now and they hold up very well. They are solid quality and I am able to perform so many exercises with them. They also roll up well for travel. I highly recommend these as a great starting set to get you moving!

These are excellent! Great quality and you can use them anywhere, in the Bedroom, while you watch tv and you can take them on vacation! Easily fits in any suit case or duffel bag! Just throw them over any door and you're good to go!

I have avoided committing to any sort of exercise routine my entire life. I'm not bragging about that... I have just never been one who enjoys it. Oh, I've tried. In response to turning 30, I spent hundreds on gym memberships (I can literally count how many times I used them on my fingers) and hundreds more on stationary bikes, treadmills, and an elliptical thingy (they made adequate clothes hangers). But I turn 55 next month, and to my horror, I now have skinny, flabby grandma arms (I don't have children, so it's especially painful). I decided to try these, and much to my surprise, I'm really having fun with them. As a total newbie, I love that I can start with baby steps and really grow with these. I've found a ton of YouTube video workouts that are for total beginners, and I like that I can totally customize my workout for my comfort level and the areas that most concern me. I was concerned I wouldn't trust using them with my bedroom door, but these feel really sturdy to me. The clips on the handles (which are great, because I have my fair share of arthritis) are heavy duty, as is the door strap. I'm impressed with the quality. And it's awesome that I can store what amounts to an entire gym in a little bag, under my bathroom sink. This is something I can stick with. I can spend 20 minutes and feel like I've done something really good for myself. And I won't get bored with these, because it looks like there are so many different things you can do with them. All in all, it's a great investment in my ever-aging body! Glad I got them!

I bought a set of resistance bands (like this) from Temu. I felt like they didnt actually have any tension, they were just stretchy until you reach maximum tension. I thought resistance bands just dont really cause your muscles to hurt. I was wrong. I ordered this set, and wow. The difference is night and day. These do a great job. They actually work and have real tension. They're perfect if you dont have weights or cant use weights.
