This pillow is really great! I need extra support for my neck and shoulders, and I decided to give this pillow a try. I admit that it takes some getting used to. I only slept on it for 2/3 of the night the first night. However, I noticed that my hands went numb when I woke up after switching back to my old pillow. I decided to give it another try, and haven't switched back since. I have slept on it for a full week since I got it, after letting it sit for a day and a half to restore its shape after being compressed in the box. I have slept so well. I am a side sleeper, and the grooves on the side are perfect for resting my arm. My 3rd night sleeping on it my Fitbit gave me a sleep score of 90! That is the highest I have gotten in at least 6 months. The first few nights I put it in a pillowcase, but it kept slipping out of it. I inspected it closer and noticed that it comes with a pillowcase already on it that is soft and cooling. You can unsnap the middle, and then unzip it from the top and wash it. It is way more comfortable with it's original pillowcase. It has a cooling effect, which is really nice, especially since I live in Arizona and it is starting to warm up. I usually don't like memory foam pillows because they seem to flatten where I need support. This one is soft and comfortable, while also keeping it's shape where it is needed for support. Overall, I highly recommend trying this pillow out!

I was so excited for this pillow and I have to say I am completely disappointed. This pillow is so flat and uncomfortable. It is nothing like the description says it is.

More flat than I was expecting..soft on the face but hardly any support

This pillow is great. I originally bought one for myself then bought one for my husband. Mine is more on the thicker side so that's why the 4 stars. My husbands not sure why isn't as thick. I bought the same size as I bought for myself. Takes sometime getting used to using a pillow that's shaped different than your normal rectangle lol. Once your used to it your golden tho.

This pillow worked wonderfully for me. I usually would wake up with a nagging headache after sleeping on this pillow from the first night my headache disappeared. I’ve been having a great night sleep when using this pillow.

Flat as a pancake . Even after 4 days out of package it has yet to fill/fluff out. I even tried a cloths dryer ...still flat , 3 inches tall. Not usable and I cant image how difficult it would be to put back in the box it came in.

I love this pillow. I usually start on my back, but turn to my side or stomach before I can actually fall asleep. When I turn on my side and lay my face on the pillow, I have actually sighed out loud because of how soft this pillow feels. It is comfortable however I sleep. I don't get hot, the pillow is super soft, because it has different heights (edges are taller that center) it is easy to find the sweet spot, and is great quality. My sister recommended this one and I'm glad I bought one for myself!
