Maher's Ekigaina is a medium - bodied red wine made from 100% Ekigaina grapes harvested from our pristine vineyards in Ural, Turkey. As a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tanat, Ekigaina shows a great adaptation to the Aegean/ Ural microclimate. We grow our vines ally with little to no manipulation and work in coordination with the laws of the nature. We have started our journey respecting the dynamics of the grape and the wine, with no compromise from our understanding of consistent level of quality. Our vineyard is the only vineyard so far in Turkey with no installed irrigation system and our wine making team uses special pruning and winemaking techniques to ensure the freshness and quality of Ekigaina Wine.
