UAC KT 4434A A/C Compressor and Component Kit, 1 Pack

I didn’t install it until about 6 months after I got it. It worked well for the last year and Compressor has failed a few months back and no longer working now. Not sure if they will send me a new one but going to check. If they will I will change my review do to good customer service and backing their product.

I only received half the parts I paid for in this kit, only one of two boxes. Never received the condenser and could not figure out how to request a partial refund. I didn’t want return the parts I did receive because I needed the air conditioning in my CRV working. I did install the compressor, expansion valve, then recharged the system. AC is working, but I would have liked to install the condenser I paid for in the kit too. It’s disappointing when you need the all parts you pay for and only receive a partial order. I will not purchase a kit like this in the future because of this experience.

5 months after my install on my 07 Honda CR-V and it’s still working fine. No extra or obnoxious sounds. I have no complaints on quality of the components and hardware. There only seems to be 3 manufacturers of this type of compressor and it’s not a rebuild from the looks of it. Fortunately on this installation I had access to a a/c machine to run a vac and charge it. I’ve done previous vehicles with a simple “can” and bled the air out of it by holding the valve open on the high side and it worked fine if you’re a driveway mechanic. Pretty sure I did 4.5oz of oil for reference if you need it. Less for civic and accord models. It blows nice and cold. Defrost is quick. This kit was the cheapest around after searching parts sites. Hope this saves someone an hours worth of shopping. Update: it’s been over a year now and it’s still holding up very well. No issues!!

Condenser is not coated, is in pure aluminum form. Had to send to coat, needed to pay extra for rust protection.

Only received one of two boxes. Missing the condenser. The box is labeled 1 of 2 boxes. The manufacturer needs to zip tie the boxes together or Amazon warehouse needs to pay attention to what they're doing (probably both need attention)

My brother-in-law repaired my daughter's AC compressor and condenser in a 2008 Honda CR-V... Everything fit perfect 🥰 and has been running great!
