Item received was not same item advertised. Item was used, unclean, and not the same product color. Item was also missing pieces that were advertised. Returned product next day and still waiting for refund, which has been almost a month later. Was unable to use product.

Very very very expensive, steep learning curve for curling. Excellent drying. This model must be used with your Bluetooth otherwise changing tempeture to cool off and set the curl has to be manual, the manual button is inconvenient. Older models have more convenient cool setting button. Really think I could have met goals with another less expensive brand.

I love this styling tool! It’s so easy to use and leaves my hair shinier and softer than my old dryer! My only complaint is storage. I never put the tools in the box and they take up counter space, but that’s probably more of a me-problem.

I got this as a gift for my daughter and she loves it. She says there is no other device that comes close to being as good and she is using it mostly as a hair dryer which is a fraction of it's capability!
