LA MODERNA elbow pasta cooks perfectly every time. It’s firm, delicious, and holds sauces really well. Great for soups, mac & cheese, or any quick meal. Excellent quality and very affordable!

This is a good item to keep in stock. Best to rinse after cooking as it does let off a lot of starch
