Best for outward pronation
These are the best orthopedic sneakers that I have had yet. I have a pronation on the right side of my right ankle which wants to turn outward and the firm bottom and leather holds my orthopedic inserts perfectly to keep my ankle straight. And I've tried Hoka, and other brands and these Are the best if you have an ankle issue

Good quality and fit
I wear a 13.5 - 14 D, and it's not easy to find shoes in this size with a good fit but this is my second pair of these - fit is accurate. Most manufacturers don't offer a 13.5 so fit becomes a challenge. Interestingly, the black version of this shoe in a 14D is too big and my heel slips too much but these white ones just rock for me!

Don’t Fit to Big
Shoes are too big. I have a Brooks in 10w so I ordered the same size. I try them with my custom orthotics. Shoes don’t have a wide toe box, but they wide on the area of the arch, so I have to tight the shoe lace a lot which I don’t like. I may try another size.

Finally! A perfect sneaker!
These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn in my life. They are heavier in weight than most sneakers but the comfort of the customization you can do with the support materials that is provided is phenomenal!
