This is my second red light therapy mask. I like it better because it doesn’t touch my cheeks doesn’t leave marks on my face after using. It’s pretty comfortable and convenient to use it everyday. The customer service is really helpful. After I contacted them about issue of the controller not being fully charged, they responded quickly and send me a replacement the controller. I have recommended it to one of my friends who wanted to buy current body.

My mask stopped functioning properly so I reached out to support. They sent out a replacement unit in advance before I returned my old mask and was very communicative every step of the way.

The mask is made very sturdy and is comfortable on the face. The strap is of good quality and holds it perfectly in place. It came in a nice box insert which I'm using as the mask holder to keep it stored safely. I like the different settings and that each setting comes with its timer to automatically shut off when the time is up. I love the eye shield which is soft and comfortable. As far as effectiveness goes, I can't speak for this yet as I believe it takes months to show and I just own it for a short period. I regularly use it and hope to see the longterm effects in the future.

Cons: Takes some finagling at first: It took a little tweaking initially to make sure it wasn't pressing too hard on the bridge of my nose. But once I figured it out, I haven't had to mess with it since.

My wife care about her face just like all other women, especially since she passed her 40's birthday. She spent a lot of money and time on her face but didn't get very good result. Recently one of her friend recommended Ulike therapy mask to her and she tried once. She thought that it may be helpful but the price is kind of high. I immediately searched in amazon and bought this for her. I told her that we should not save money on these. The product arrived very quickly and in firm package. It is very easy to use and the instructions on the mannual is very clear. My wife tried it a couple of days and according to what she said, it is very easy and convenient to use, and her sensitive skin is totally ok to it. And both me and my wife can see some difference in her face. The skin becomes a little bit firmer and whiter, and this encouraged her to use it everyday. My wife is very happy with this product and for myself, her satisfaction is enough for me to give a full star for this.

This mask is such crap. It only covers half your face because the eye mask is so big. There is no room to breathe, and it sits very heavy. I am waiting for my refund after is has been returned, but they penalized me 80 bucks. Which I didn't read. When I originally bought the mask less than 4 weeks ago, it said. Most people keep this item. When I went for a return, it said, frequently returned. I am so bummed about this mask.

I've been using this Ulike Reglow LED Light Mask daily for about four weeks. Honestly I can't tell whether it's been making a major difference with my skin or not. My skin feels slightly firmer but that only started to be noticeable after two weeks. When I notice any acne starting to break out I find the Reglow to reduce the break out duration. For dark spots or hyperpigmentation I can't tell if my skin has improved or not and I'd recommend taking photos of your skin beforehand so you'll have something to compare against. I got the Reglow on sale and the price wasn't outrageous. It was about 1/5th the cost versus getting Pico laser treatment for me locally, though Pico laser would be better in its results. Wish I could update this review three months from now after further daily use.
