What do you need to pay attention to when you use the machine for the first time?

1.Please leave the ice machine upright for more than one hour before using it for the first time. 2.Please make sure to leave at least 4 inches clearance on all sides of the ice maker for proper air circulation.

Can the ice maker store ice ?

The ice machine has a foam layer for effective heat insulation, ensuring that the machine consumes less power. However, it is not very effective in preserving ice cubes. It is recommended that you transfer the excess ice cubes for storage.

Why is the ice making time not 6 minutes?

On initial power-up, the unit doesn’t cool quickly. Also, high operating temperatures or larger ice sizes extend ice-making time. It takes about 6-10 minutes per cycle. Ice forms faster once the machine stabilizes or with cold water.

How often should you clean the ice maker?

Regularly clean the ice machine (weekly recommended). Use the self-cleaning function or deep clean by opening the lid and wiping with a wet towel to prevent mineral and dirt buildup affecting ice taste and cleanliness.

How the water shortage alert works?

There is still a small amount of water in the ice maker, but not enough for a cycle of ice making will cause a water shortage reminder. Please add water in time.
