Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolytes, Firecracker, 16 Count

The firecracker/“bomb pop” flavor is one of my favorite flavors. I prefer this one for active hiking or workouts since it does have some sugar as well. (I use the sugar free version for daily hydration when I’m not as active). It hydrates very well, keeps your muscles moving, and doesn’t upset the stomach. It mixes well and tastes great. It is my primary source of “fuel” now for tough hikes (instead of gels or gummies).

These are great! Was advised by my cardiologist to ⬆️ fluid to raise my B/P as one of my AFib meds lowers my already low B/P & these help. Firecracker is my favorite, Tropical Fruit & Cherry are pretty good but not so much Watermelon as it seems a weak flavor, like you didn’t put enough in the water & I can even divide the others. Gonna fix some 750ml bottles for my daily gallon++ 💦 intake to have at the ready & pre-measured with & w/o these electrolytes. Have purchased these several times.

Love this flavor. Liquid iv continues to be very effective at hydration and electrolyte replacement for people like me with connective tissue disorders that cause some dysautonomia. Easily dissolves in water. I prefer to mix it with 1L or More and it still tastes good. Love the portability and ease of the small Packets. Love the clean ingredient list. No side effects ex we feeling better. Love the options for so many flavors as I get tired of having the same Thing and need to mix it up.

These are a highly effective way to get hydrated. My wife enjoys these after her workouts, and the flavor is spot on. In all fairness, it is a little salty, but it's totally necessary to stay hydrated. Whe it comes to side effects, we haven't experienced any personally, but some people we've recommended these to have shared with us they had upset stomachs if they drink it without eating something.
