Sharp and good size
Very happy I waited for this channel knife to come in stock, as opposed to some of the other options. Mine came sharp. Has a well sized handle for my large male hand. Cuts a beautiful V from cucumber, citrus, potato, a few other products I've experimented with. I can adjust the size of the cut by pressing harder or less, might take you some practice to get it right. Paired with a Kuhn Rikon peeler and my cocktails have never looked so good. If I wanted a U cut I'd definitely go with Triangle.

Excellent!
I’ve bought at least 5 tools Like this one and the others wouldn’t cut thru the orange peel. This one glides thru with ease! Highly recommend!

Better than 99% of other channel knives
The deep "V" shaped cut this makes when used on citrus fruits is excellent for bar garnish twists. Garnish cut with this doesn't break easily when expressed and has more pith on the back side compared to those made with a combo channel knife/zester. The rectangular cut version of this is better IMO, but costs more and ships from France, so probably not worth the cost/wait for most.

Einwandfrei, leistet was man sich davon erwartet
Gut verarbeitet (Keine Grate, scharfen Kanten oder sonst etwas), liegt gut und sicher in der Hand. Tut was es soll. Ich kann nichts Negatives sagen, das Messer hat einen Job und den erfüllt es perfekt.

Le top du zesteur à coktail
J'ai cherché longtemps ce type de zesteur et je suis content de l'avoir trouvé ! Il est facile à prendre en main, il zeste dans la longueur (et non la largeur comme la plupart des concurrents, ce qui est beaucoup moins pratique et maniable) et la lame est suffisemment "profonde" et affutée. Franchement un must !

Zwar ein premium Preis, jedoch auch ein premium Produkt?
Kurzum gesagt, ja. Man bezahlt für dieses Ziseliermesser war schon etwas Geld, bekommt hier aber auch die passende Qualität. Gerade für diejenigen die ihren Freunden gerne schön servierte Drink anbieten ist dieses Messer einfach eine tolle Investition. Die Klinge ist super scharf und schält / schneidet die Zeste der Früchte wunderbar ab, ohne nerviges ruckeln und reißen. Sauber und ordentlich geschnittene Zesten gehören bei mir nun der Vergangenheit an und ich will dieses Ziseliermesser nicht mehr missen wollen. Für mich ganz saubere 5/5 Sternen und eine Empfehlung für alle "Garnisten" Falls Ihnen diese Rezension gefallen oder weitergeholfen hat, würde ich mich sehr über ein nützlich freuen :)

Wunderschöne Ziseliermesser
Das Werkzeug sieht sehr schön aus, leider ist der Preis mir nicht ganz zufrieden. Aber alles passt zu meinem Beruf.
