The inside of these boots fits and feels like a decent quality athletic shoe. I can not overemphasize how comfortable they are and how good they feel to me. The outside has been scuffed and buffed a few times, and when I do a good treatment with saddle soap or mink oil, I can shine these boots up enough to wear to Church if I feel so inclined. I have also worn them to cut down some trees and bushes, dig up some stumps, build some decks, work under my truck, so I have worn them in all kinds of settings. They are my every day go-to footwear now. The only con I have for these boots is the weight. I knew that when I purchased them. But what I did not anticipate was that these boots would be so comfortable I would wear the as everyday footwear. They do tend to fatigue my legs when I do a disproportionate amount of walking. But to reiterate: they fatigue my legs because these WORK boots are so comfortable I wear them like I would a pair of tennis shoes, all the time and everywhere. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The seller got them to me quickly, the price was right, this has been an excellent purchasing experience for me. Great quality
I’m very happy with this brand and the color is gorgeous. I bought this as a gift for my husband. He wears them all the time now. He is a 10.5W and that’s the size I picked. He said they need to get broken in but the fit is good. Highly recommend.

Easy to break in, nice distressed look!
Ariat is the only brand of boot I will buy: comfortable, soft leather, and very little break-in. I prefer the rubber soles as these are more of a work boot. The only downside is the flexible uppers makes them a little harder to get on, but they are very comfortable once they’re worn for a few days. Well worth the price!

Be patient with the sizing
9.5 wide are too long and 8.5 wide my feet won't get in 1/4 of the way into the opening. maybe third time's a charm so i ordered a 9 wide and i'l come back to tell the end of that story. Cause i really like theese boots. Edit: Just received the 9 wide and they fit great, they look great and seams very well made.

Ordered in the same size as my work boots
Hopefully I'll provide a little sizing help here. I usually wear a size 10 sneaker except for puma which I need a 10 1/2. I wear a size 9 wide work boot in all makes. I decided to order a size 9 EE(wide) in these boots. They fit perfectly. They were a little snug getting on at first so I switched to a dress sock and they went on much easier. I'm sure once they break in a bit I'll have no trouble wearing regular socks in them. They are very comfortable right out of the box.
