Fun, Flavorful, and Family-Approved!
These Peelable Gummy Grapes were an absolute hit at Easter this year! My grandchildren loved the fun of peeling the candy, and it kept them entertained just as much as it delighted their taste buds. Even my adult children couldn’t resist trying them—and ended up just as hooked! The flavor is deliciously fruity, and the unique texture makes it a fun and memorable treat for all ages. I’ll definitely be stocking up again for future holidays!

Peel, then eat it. Or just eat it.
Strange, yet oddly satisfying peeling candy. I recommend trying it to see if you like it!

Ok.
They’re ok. Not bad to try if you’re interested but the concept of peeling your snacks, but I wasn’t a fan of the flavor. I would not get them again.

Tasty gummy
These are a tasty grape flavored gummy. They taste good. One issue I have is that the gummies themselves are not consistent. Some feel a little different than the others like a little thicker or harder. The other issue is the packaging. In the listing it claims 80 calories but there's no indicator how many is 80 calories. Is that the entire package? That seems difficult to believe. Or is it 80 calories per gummy? That seems equally unbelievable. The packaging though claims 1430 kJ per 100g. I have no idea what that translates to and I doubt anyone in the US would unless they are a nutritionist or physicist. But the candy is good ignoring these.

So delicious!
These peelable grape gummies are delicious! I was really impressed with them. This comes with three 75g bags, and each bag contains the grape gummies which are individually wrapped. The gummies have labeling on them saying they are >50% juice (the ingredients label lists red grape juice concentrate and apple juice concentrate as the 3rd and 4th ingredients), which was particularly notable to me since I'm used to more locally accessible candies saying things like "not a substantial source of fruit juice". The gummy candies themselves can be eaten whole (tasty) or, as intended, peeled (with the inner and outer gummies eaten separately). The inner gummy is a firm, bouncy gummy texture and the outer one is super soft and squishy, so I prefer eating them separately. Both layers have a strong flavor of actual grape--like muscat grape, not artificial grape. I usually don't like many grape candies and honestly primarily chose these for my child but they're delicious. This is a Japanese grape flavor, not a western grape flavor. At the price point at the time of review I would consider these a great value. They're delicious and the convenience of having them individually wrapped is hard to beat. I really recommend these candies!

I loved them.
Long story short, these are really good. I have to be honest, I love the excuse to dig out a candy, unwrap it (sometimes twice), and pop it into my mouth. The candies are individually wrapped, and they're glossy and mimic the size and shape of a crimson seedless grape. The candy itself is made up of two layers. The first gives it a more resistant, stiffer 'chew' and purple color while the second inner layer is clear and gives it its grape flavor. The grape flavor itself tends towards the more Asian interpretation of grape flavor as opposed to the type of grape you might encounter in a Grape Fanta or a Welch's soda. The flavor is predictably 'artificial' grape but it is intense and pleasant. It is a sweet candy with no hint of sourness. The peeling mechanism is similar to other candies of this style. It's a little fiddly but quite satisfying. It's my preference to eat both layers together because I am first and foremost incredibly lazy. Overall these are A+ tier candies. My only negative comment is that these candies are individually wrapped in plastic and it is a significant amount of packaging. However, this is not uncommon for this type of candy.

candy gummy: relatively edible, but not thrilling. Not particularly grapey.
ASIN: B0DXTSS284 $9.99 for 3 pouches ($3.33 each) COKOC Peelable Gummy Grape,Peeling Gummy Grape Candy,Individual Packaging 2.64oz Bag Fruit Gummies(Pack of 3) From the artistically rendered photos, I was expecting a hard candy. This is a gummy candy. The tougher shell is light purple and the inner gummy is clear, and colorless. It tastes mildly of grape, but not much. Maybe because they used red grape juice rather than something stronger like Concord. The candy is pretty tart as well, not super tart as if they meant it, just not quite sweet enough for the American palate. There are 16 small, individually wrapped candies in each pouch, making each one $0.21. It seems a bit steep for a single gummy. If you like this kind of thing, you'll like this candy. It's just not anything special and doesn't particularly thrill me. I took a photo, but I'm not going to add it, when you break the gummy in half, the half-globes of the inside look... well, it would not get past the censor
