Spatchcockology
Amazing shears, feel heavy and are of high quality. I calculate that I have recovered the cost by reducing the cooking time of spatchcock chicken Vs normal- around 20 mins less per bird ( we eat a lot of chucks ). Also, in my oven,I would have to cook a chicken on its own and then the veg and spuds after, with the spatchcock chicken I can cook the whole roast dinner in one go and that is a lot of energy saved.

Love these! Very sharp and easy to use. I do have bigger hands but think those with smaller hands can still use. Spatchcocked a 20lb turkey with minimal effort
