From a kirby loyalist - don't buy this product
Ok, I'm a kirby man, but this product is a complete and total waste of money. Unfortunately it just doesn't meet expectations. To be fair, in a perfectionist. I buy quality, expect quality, and work very hard to produce quality... I used this on bathroom tile and stone tile. In both cases I used it twice. 1st, according to the directions. Then according to a video I found online. The result? The grout in both areas is still very much dirty, and the stone tile looks like I didn't even clean it. Compare that to an area that I did with a scrub brush on my hands and knees and the difference is extremely clear. My area has black grout and no dust or dirt on the surface, leaving the tile with a sleight shine. I thought I'd taken photos, but I guess I didn't... Anyways, I'm returning this and will not buy again. Kirby remains the BEST vacuum on the market. But this product is a catastrophic failure.

Doesn't fit all Kirby vacuum models
It doesn't work on my model Ultimate G series. I doesn't touch the floor when on lowest setting.

Excellent brush for tile and grout cleaning
The tile and grout brush has stiffer bristles for cleaning tile and grout flooring. Used in conjunction with the softer bristled wet floor brush, this did an excellent job of cleaning our tile floors. The tile brush leaves some water behind which is why the other brush should be used. The Kirby did a wonderful job cleaning both tile and grout.
