how long does this last in an AE-1?

I use a canon a-1 and this battery has been going strong for 6+ years with light usage.

Will this battery work in a minox el camera that had a Varta 7150 battery originally?

You need a Duracell PX27 or equivalent. The original battery is a 5.7 Volt battery but the PX27 6 Volt will work. The Duracell 28L you inquired about is probably a bit too big to fit into your camera. I hope that helps.

The description states it is a lithium battery, however the photo clearly showed an alkaline battery. So which is it?

Hi, That is a very good point. It must be an old picture as I have only see this battery as a lithium battery. I just went on Duracell Website and I see that it is only available as a Lithium battery. We only have a Lithium version.
