This did what I needed, and my kids are happy to have their cold water. I will say the machine runs loud and I’d note that if you let the ice collect until the basket is full it will likely be melting as the inside isn’t staying super cold. However, I’m really pleased to have something compact. This is nothing against the ice machine itself but the ice shape seems to melt really quick despite the claim that it lasts longer.

This product has worked well. After almost constant use for over a month it still works just like it did when first turned on. The ice is convenient and has performed well in drinks. Our major use has been in a cold water pump for my wife's knee surgery and it does the job just fine. A couple of things to be aware of: The number of ice cubes made before it fills up is limited - something like 50 cubes. The reservoir holds about 1 quart so refilling regularly is required. The reservoir isn't chilled so you will need to empty the ice cube holder and store the cubes in the freezer and they aren't that cold right from the ice maker and melt pretty quickly in a drink. The cleaning cycle is quick and easy and the instructions are clear. Perfectly happy with this machines performance and recommend it. Just be aware of the limitations listed.

After 2 months, started having false low water level issues. Ran white vinegar to clean, still incorrect sensor. Have to over fill it to get it to make ice. Ice quality was great and fast WHEN it ran. After 6 months, i have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it, to clear the low water fault.

I bought this on sale after my other ice machine broke and honestly I feel like I should have kept my money. It would be more worth my time to just buy an ice tray for the freezer than to keep dealing and meddling with this thing. The basket it extremely tiny and the scoop is a normal size so it’s very hard to scoop out ice without ice falling back into the maker instead of the basket. You either have to press the power button after every batch because it ends up turning itself off and will say add water when it’s at the max fill line or it just shuts off randomly and then you have to clean it all over again because it grew mold from sitting there. I was hoping for great things coming from igloo but it was a huge disappointment.

It’s compact, easy to move around, and comes with a handy scoop and basket. The ice quality is great, and it saves a lot of freezer space. The only downside is that it can be a little difficult to figure out how to use all the functions if you lose the instruction manual. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s a very convenient and reliable appliance.

Unfortunately I have an iron deficiency, I’m working on it(I’m lyin, I’m not working on it but I WILL). This has to be the best investment! It’s very easy to use and set up. It does not keep ice very well but I’m going to eat it all anyways. It takes about 16oz of water. Fills a 32oz cup with a holder of ice. The ice is very chewable. I saw someone say it is like snowcone ice and that is what made me purchase it. It is self-cleaning so no worries. I have it on the top of my headboard and have used it every day/twice a day for the past month. No complaints

I picked this up as a temp replacement for a failed fridge auto ice maker. I've been keeping my ice storage been full transferring ice from this as it's made because the built in is tray is not refrigerated and melts if it's left in. It works very well and quite fast with fresh torpedo ice production every 6min or so. I had my freezer ice ben filled in an hour with to water fills and run the unit once a day to keep me topped off The only minor cons I have is that the fan is a bit noisy and blows warm air out into my kitchen, but to be fair that is to be expected. And also no built in chiller to keep the ice from melting in it's storage tray. But as it melts it drips back into the water storage tank that directly below the slotted ice basket so there's really no issues. Overall this seems a solid ice machine unit and works as advertised. Worth the money!

Worked perfect for approx 3-4 months. Its nice small and compact. Unable to really use the shovel to get ice. Its uncomfortable bc of size. With full water tank, it gives false water levels after 2 rounds of ice. I wish i was able to return this item. I was better off with my previous ice maker.
