Ice isn’t fully frozen (melts partially after making).

The ice basket does not have insulation. If ice is not used immediately, remove it and store it in an ice storage bag (some models included) in the refrigerator or freezer to keep it solid.

How to break stuck ice cubes?

Find the thinner parts between ice cubes, let them soften slightly, then gently tap with an ice scoop to separate the cubes.

How to start the self-cleaning mode?

In standby mode (powered on but not making ice), press and hold the "Clean" button for 3 seconds to start self-cleaning.

How to use the cleaning function properly?

Cleaning is controlled by the "Clean" button. Depending on your model, either short press or long press (3 seconds) may activate cleaning.
