Dakine Factor Laptop Backpack

Cool and comfy backpack. I use it for work everyday and surfing on the weekends. I may purchase the size bigger so I can fit my 15'' laptop easier and other gear I usually carry.

I bought this to carry my MacBook Air and my lunch everyday. It's the perfect size for this. I have just enough room for the MBA + a cooler bag with whatever I want to stuff there. Then I have enough just enough room for my other backpack essentials, a notepad, pen and pencil (with little slots for each), my checkbook (we could debate the wisdom of carrying that in a backpack, but it has a nice padded slot, the perfect size for it), and the MBA power cable. Finally, it has the awesome Dakine built-in sunglass case on the top, and the shoulder straps that double as a carry handle. All this and it's incredible compact. No wasted space or bulk here, just tough high quality materials and zippers. Wouldn't hesitate to get a bigger Dakine for travel/boarding.

This is the second DaKine pack we bought for my son, who is 7. The only reason we replaced the first one is because it was a bit too small, but the quality of both is excellent. For not much more than you'd pay at T*rget, you can get one of these, which really are superior. I think we bought two or three cheapies (which only lasted a couple of months before something ripped) before we bought the first, smaller DaKine. This larger pack has plenty of room for folders or notebooks, a lunchbox, and two water bottles. Durable, and perfect for school--Recommended!

Hands down the best backpack I ever bought. I got the black with a really cool green topographic map all over the front. Incredibly comfortable straps, whether carry my work notebooks at the office or hiking Diamond Head on Oahu. My friends are all surfers and swear by Dakine bags so I took their advice and I'm a really satisfied customer. Unfortunately my laptop is too big to fit in here since I got the upgraded 16" screen but MacBooks fit just fine.

Compact and well made, this backpack has enough compartments to fit everything yet is not so big on you back. I totally love it and the side compartments are excellent to put your bottle of water or umbrella.Fast processing and shipping as well. Great value for the price.

People are always raving about Dakine so I bought one... Not impressed. People that enjoy this brand must not be familiar with Osprey or the North Face because these bags look ugly and are really basic. Reminds me of the crappy Jansports I had as a kid.

Very durable considering how my son just throws around his backpack like it's a football :). He can clip it so it doesn't fall off when he runs. The Color is very nice. Not one rip or tear in the 3 months weve had it.

I'm really impressed by the sturdiness of the backpack. I had low expectations for this company because of the price point and name brand that I wasn't really aware of, but I am pleasantly surprised with the durability and style of the backpack.

Dakine are most definitely a very reliable brand and I have been using their backpacks for many years now. I still have a Dakine backpack that I used for my school books many, many years ago! Other backpacks I have had in the past lost strength or the straps began to tear away from the main body of the bag, but this doesn't happen with Dakine, or at least it hasn't happened with me yet (and I fill my backpack with pretty heavy stuff!) If you are looking for a reliable bag with plenty of room for your children's schoolbooks, or you are looking for something you can use for going to work or going hiking, these backpacks are highly versatile and I use them for everything!

Por lo pronto llevo como un mes usando la mochila y estoy bastante contento. La calidad es excelente y caben muchas cosas.Yo la uso para ir al trabajo y llevar mis documentos, gafas de sol, tapers para comer y me cabe todo.La calidad de la mochila en sí es bastante buena.En un par de meses revisaré la opinión para comentar que tal se va portando.
