I am very pleased with the quality of the pen, in terms of design, materials and ergonomics. The ink refill is very smooth and comfortable to use.

My judgment here refers to the selling price only, for the quality of Mitsubishi stationary is always very good (one of my favourite, in fact). The price of 6,000 and 7,000 yen I've paid for the silver and black pens respectively is too high: I have to think about the fountain pens of the similar price category - at least they have gold-plated nibs as an excuse for the price (!), which is not the case with Zento pens. In some reviews here, the list price of 3,300 yen for Zento was mentioned - that would be more than enough to expect the customers to pay. But than again, the choice stays with the customers, of course.

Amazing pen, feels nice, the click from the magnets is very satisfying. This is my new go-to note taking pen. Absolutely recommending this pen for people taking lots of notes or are into writing.

想像以上に小さかった、旅行、出張、女性にはベストでは? もう後15〜20mm長くあってほしい(出たらすぐに買います)。

The pen is weighted perfectly and the magnetic cover comes off and on with a satisfying click. I love writing with this pen. Very happy with the purchase and a big fan now.
