Best garlic olive oil! I use this to make salad dressing. Equal amounts of Garlic Gold EVOO and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Add black pepper to your liking and stir quickly or shake. My favorite dressing! I also use this in just about everything from stir fry, curry, potatoes, eggs, pork chops, the list is endless. It replaces standard EVOO in my house.

I love this garlic oil. It gives me the garlic flavor that I miss.

Strong garlic taste. I like the cold press and US garlic used. It cooks well in standard dishes that don't need to be high heat. I often inject it into pork loin, brisket and pork butt when I am smoking meat. When you mix it with other oils for like a tapenade it pairs nicely. I have bought this many times.
