Great gf flour. Makes great muffins. has a light sweet taste. The texture is nice and smooth. It has great mixability with other flours and really is a nice flour. It is expensive. But as with all gf flours and items its comparable. I have bought this several times. Its AIP compliant and great for those of us with autoimmune issues.

This is my favorite Tigernut flour. I have tried many different brands but I love the texture of this one best. It’s a little gritty, but not too bad. I eat an AIP diet and buy a lot of Tigernut flour as a grain-free and gluten-free option for my meals and it tastes great, I don’t even miss the regular flours. Whenever I cook with it every recipe turns out great. I love that it’s organic and that I can order it with my subscriptions when it’s in stock too!

Anthony's Tiger Nut Flour has helped me out on my Low Histamine food plan. It's perfect in an Apple Crisp dish as well as muffins. I use it in combination with other gluten free flours that are low histamine friendly. It smells great and when baked up has a sweet taste to it. Tiger Nut Flour is in a dry powder form. I can trust Anthony's products to be holistic and organic with no extra fillers.

I LOVE this Tiger Nut Flour. I sought out other because the price point was lower, and was left disappointed. The others just didn't meet the mark. Anthonys just has a better, fresher flavor. I am very happy to have it as a part of my regular subscription shipments now for my AIP needs.

Yes, this is a good product. I use this company's flours all the time for baking. It's gluten free so it a healthier option. No smell and the taste is always good when used in baking. It seems to be fresh.
