Product Description ------------------- Leucine is an essential amino , which we are required to obtain from either food or supplementation. It is also one of the three Branch Chain Amino s’ (BCAA’s) along with Isoleucine and Valine. It has recently become one of the most popular supplements, due to its inclusion in BCAA and Post-Workout supplements. Leucine can be found in any high-protein foods. The foods highest in L-Leucine are red meat and dairy products. Supplements such as Whey and Egg Protein are also good sources. Leucine is an excellent supplement for anybody who exercises regularly, and can be used effectively pre/intra/post workout in combination with BCAAs, Beta Alanine, fast release carbohydrates, Glutamine, Creatine and Protein.
