Men's Speed Strike 2

I purchased the Merrell Speed Strike 2 shoes two weeks ago to wear for work and have put 35 miles on them since. I walk 20-30 miles per week on all types of surfaces delivering packages. The miles combined with climbing in and out of a delivery van take their toll on shoes fast. The Speed Strikes are the perfect balance between a running shoe and hiking shoe, and I have found these to be perfect for me. They are much lighter than my Merrell Moabs, but still provide stability and protection. They seem to be high quality and durable shoes. The sizing is perfect, maybe a little smaller. I initially thought I should have ordered a half size larger, but after 10-15 miles they fit like a glove. I use the Superfeet green inserts, which fit in the shoe perfectly.

Solidly built and comfortable. I walk every day here in Oregon between 4 and 5 miles on paved paths and forested trails. My shoes take a beating and when my knee pain flared up I realized it had been a year since my last new pair. Within a week of switching to these the pain was mostly gone ( ice packs and rest helped) . I have winter hiking boots from Merrell and they have been great so I knew it was a solid brand at a decent price. The fit was true and the arch support is perfect.

I have found that Merrill shoes are immediately comfortable. I've used them for hiking, biking and gardening

I recently purchased the Merrell Men's Speed Strike 2 Hiking Shoe in Black, size 8.5 Wide, and they’ve been a fantastic addition to my outdoor gear! The lightweight design and breathable mesh upper keep my feet cool on long hikes, while the sticky rubber outsole provides excellent grip on various terrains. The wide fit is perfect for my feet, offering true-to-size comfort with ample toe room. They’re eco-friendly too, with 100% recycled laces and mesh lining. My only gripe is the slightly stiff sole, which took a few hikes to break in. Great value and style

Not a bad shoe at all. They seem to be well made. Good quality for that price range of shoe. Stylish. Durable. Lightweight. My only problem is the left side of my left foot felt like it was falling off the edge of the sole of the shoe. I felt like I always needed to scoop my foot over in the shoe. I thought maybe that was just this pair. But it happened to another pair of Merrell's I had. I don't know what the issue is since no other shoe I have does this or has ever done this. Just my Merrell shoes. Other than that it seems to be a great shoe. No they're not waterproof. The fit was good. And all around comfortable shoe for everyday use until I started feeling my issue.

There were no reviews when I purchased these, so I felt like it was a gamble. I purchased because 1.) These are the only reasonably priced Merrells I could find in a size 13 and 2.) They were sold and shipped by Amazon, so I was fairly certain they were authentic even though the listing had no reviews. I was initially looking at the Moab 3, but there are not many available in my size. So far they are extremely comfortable. The soles are obviously very grippy. They are well made and look great in my opinion. My boss keeps recommending Merrell as having excellent traction when walking on metal roofs, which is why I got these. We shall see. I'll update the review if my impressions change after some time. For now, however, I am impressed with the comfort and materials. I am sure they would be fantastic shoes for running, walking, hiking, or any outdoor activities.

I’m still not used to buying shoes online; it all seems hit or miss whether a shoe will feel right. I overpronate and always use a shoe insert, but even still some shoes never feel right. This shoe turned out to be a winner. It’s comfortable and has become my every day shoe whether it’s walking the dogs or running errands. It’s lighter weight than a hiking shoe, and there’s more give in the sole. But it’s more durable than a running shoe. It strikes a balance for me.

Totally comfortable, easy to wear and strong overall foot support. Highly recommended. They offer style and comfort

El producto es muy bueno, me quedo algo apretado, razón por lo cua lo devolví, sin embargo el proceso del reembolso es al tardado y yo necesito comprar otro calzado pero aún no me hacen la devolución aun y cuando ya recibieron el calzado intacto, tal y como los recibí, pero no entiendo porque se tardan en hacer la devolución, han estado recorriendo fechas y ahora aparece que hay un error en la devolución, es una mala experiencia lo tardado que es recuperar el dinero, espero que ya no demore más.

Los recomiendo muy buena calidad.

These have been really great overall. The size 10 wide is perfect for anyone with wide flat feet. The shoe allows me to pull out the insoles and use a thick memory foam insert while staying roomy. The fabric is medium weight and breathable, my feet stay dry after a workday. I've purchased about 12 pairs of Merrells already and never been disappointed switching between models.

Ik heb andere schoenen gekregen dan ik besteld had. Ik had de hoge "bottine" versie besteld en heb lage schoenen ontvangen. Ik had ze dringend nodig, en de levering duurde ook vrij lang, dus ik kon ze niet terug sturen. De schoen zelf, kan ik niets op aanmerken, hij zit comfortabel. Maar het was dus niet degene die ik wou.

El producto llego en tiempo y forma y bien empacado, el número que pedi sin falla pero desafortunadamente al siguiente día que me los puse para caminar con ellos ya de regreso a casa me percate que el tenis derecho de la parte interna parte delantera se estaba descociendo y empece con el proceso de devolución espero que todo termine bien y me devuelvan mi dinero.
