Synthetic bone folders as good as the real thing
This was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want a folder made of bone, but the plastic ones from some manufacturers were getting poor reviews. Not so this one. The size and weight are just right and the folders seem sturdy and well made. Think I made a good choice!

Poor plastic
The edges are very thick and do not crease photo paper at all. They also degrade with use and visibly wear away very quickly. It appears to work fine on standard photocopy papers (very light weight paper)

Disappointed ☹️
I was under the impression that this product would be sturdy enough to crease down canvas material, but after a few weeks of regular use the edges of the folder started to break away and split ! Consider what materials you are going to use the product on before you purchase, the lighter the better maybe 🤔
