Ok ok product

Purchased this for Rs. 2561 in the Amazon Diwali Sale. I didn't had any idea about garment steamer, so I took a risk on purchasing this (Risk because there was no return policy on the product, only replacement). After I received the product, I self assembled it with the help of the user guide that came in the box. It was pretty easy, filled the water tank and switched on the machine. It took around a minute to preheat and started its job. PROS : Takes just a minute to heat up Full tank works for almost 4-5 Cloths (depending on size and power) Pipe is well protected with spring so that it doesn't gets messed up with the cloth Steaming twice on a particular area of cloth removes all the strains 4 Power modes CONS : --nil-- I would suggest Inalsa to make a separate position to hang the steamer hood, so that people can easily remove the cloth and add a new ones. Also, it would have been more convenient if the power modes was on the steamer hood and not on the main unit. Again big thanks to Inalsa for making such a great product.

Have been using it for some time and it is a perfect iron for modern house holds. It looks sleak and handy, but is a powerhouse, the steam dispenser works on even wrinkled linen shirts and make them smooth as if ironed by a coal iron. The water can is alittle small and often causes a spill while reattaching, and if you're not careful it can burn your hand too.. but otherwise it's worth investing in.
