Resistance Bands Set, Blue, Black, Silver, Advanced Kit

I like it so much it is so helpfull for me

These have been very handy during the lockdown. The bands are on the stiffer side and provide higher resistance. More suited for exercises where you want to push beyond beginner or intermediate level.

Fine product.

I liked it's strength and durability. It's worth every paisa you spend on it as these are more strong than other cheaper ones available in the market and have standardised calibrations. Could feel the difference between these therabands and other brands available in the market.

This is like a mobile gym. I'm able to do all the exercises.

Love these bands.

The band is very helpful for routine exercises

Do not buy this theraband. Genral theraband lengthen 2 times of its length. And this band just gone 1.5 and edge is snaped and the reverse resistance is very less. Very low quality product

Therabands are the real thing. I have tried no name versions of these bands and they don't work as well as Therabands. For some reason these bands make you exert force over a wider range of stretch

I bought this THERABAND resistance band set to use at home for strength training and some light physical therapy work, and it has been excellent so far. The bands feel durable and high quality, not like the cheap ones that snap or lose elasticity quickly. Each band has a different resistance level, which makes it easy to progress as you get stronger or adjust depending on the exercise. I’ve been using them for stretching, shoulder rehab, and adding resistance to basic workouts, and they’ve held up really well. They’re also lightweight and easy to store, which makes them perfect for travel or quick workouts without needing bulky equipment. What I appreciate most is how versatile they are. You can use them for full-body training, rehab exercises, or just warming up. They’re simple but very effective. Overall, this is a great set whether you’re recovering from an injury or just looking to add resistance training at home without a gym.

Excelente calidad y resistencia, versátil en distintas rutinas de ejercicio.

Black one snapped in less than a week use.
