I collect watches. I need a measurement tool to measure Watch strap’s length, lugs & strap buckle. Should this tool serve the purpose?

As a mechanical and electronic engineer for 46 years I'll add met I have little experience with watch bands. Hoverer my late wife had over 35 watches and I did much repairing and replacing watch bands. If your undertaking working with watch bands, and you need to measure items down to one thousand of an inch (1/1000”) or one thousand of a millimeter (1/1000) this is the tool for you. I like the display as it has millimeters, fractions, and decimals.
