Can I cut them into smaller patches to use for other small areas?

Hi, I am not sure what you are looking to cut. I use it to develop eyebrow tint and for that I add a few drops to the tint.

Can it remove a mole that has appeared for years?

Would these work on spots under the skin? Can it remove totally the spots under the skin?

I have checked the lipsalve itself and can’t see any date on it. They just come loose in a small bag so no card to check. But I also can’t remember seeing a date on other brands of lipsalve I have bought. I have bought these from this seller a couple of times and not had any problem with the product.
