Thick & very soft. Good for my knees & elbows during workouts. Planks don't hurt my elbows at all & I'm able to hold longer than before. 100% Anti slip. Much better than 4mm mats. Value for money.

Perfect comfortable thickness 13 mm, no flaw or defects in both sides of mat, i felt no bad smell....it is natural , colour is very vibrant, quality seems to be long lasting, very competitive in price as compair to other mats available in our open market at Indore, just 25% less in costing & thickness is 30% more.Awesome in all respects.Many thanks to my amazon & Team amazon for good efforts.Best regards.

My Father- in- law wanted a Yoga Mat which was durable and at the same time had better thickness so that which yoga poses he doesn't feel ground. This mat had thickness better than other mats online and various colour options available as well. It is longer and wider and now my FIL can fo his yoga comfortably.

The product is made of foam which can easily tear and is not durable so don't expect this to last long.....if the manufacturers are reading this please make an outer pvc layer so that the foam is not directly exposed which makes it expremely prone to wear and tear.....otherwise this product has extreme potential to be a great yoga mat. Easy to carry around because of the light weight. Thick & enough cushioning to exercise in comfort. Size is good as well.

The worst part of this mat is: you cannot carry it outside. One strap is provided but it is not suitable to carry this mat. This size yoga carry bag is not available in Amazon. This is excessively thick which makes it more difficult to carry outdoor. If a carry bag is provided with the mat (with extra cost or without extra cost), it would be excellent choice.

Amazing quality, and it's nice and thick. Worth more than the actual price. I'm happy.
