IF YOUR MOTOR DRAWS MORE THAN 21 FLA AT 230V, OR IS ON A FRAME SIZE OF 56HZ, 145T OR 184T, YOU CANNOT USE THIS PUMP AND WOULD REQUIRE A LARGER PUMP. IF YOU ARE USING A 2HP MOTOR TO POWER THIS PUMP, YOU WILL HAVE TO SLOW DOWN THE RPM OF THE DO PREVENT OVERLOAD ON YOUR MOTOR. THE RPM OF THE PUMP WITH A 2HP MOTOR SHOULD BE AROUND 700RPM AND WILL GIVE YOU 5-8 CFM FLOW RATE ON AVERAGE.
