Foods stay moist and tender while roasting and the removable rack has handles to easily remove large items after cooking. Bake your favorite cakes, pies, breads, or casseroles like in a conventional oven. This Roaster Oven fits a 9” by 13” pan, two 9” by 5” loaf pans or a Bundt pan. Conveniently serve a large crowd with a soup, stew, or chili that cooks in the Roaster Oven and can be taken right to the table for serving. The attractive stainless steel design looks great on a counter or buffet table. Cleanup is easy — the removable insert pan lid and rack can be washed in hot, soapy water. Not just for turkey ------------------- The insert pan can be used as a large cooking vessel when cooking or heating large quantities. It may be used to simmer sauces, soups, or stews, or simply to heat or warm large quantities. When cooking or heating in the Roaster Oven, stir occasionally for quick, even heating. Soup can be warmed from refrigerated temperature to serving temperature in about two hours. To cook soup, stew or sauce, set the temperature control on 225oF and allow 4 to 8 hours to simmer, depending on the recipe.
