Great product! Bad service.
The fan worked for a few months and then the remote did not work unless you brought it very near to the panel. I called customer care. They came late and then said that the problem was with the remote(not the board as I thought) and that I have to buy a new one(not covered in warranty). They said they did not have stock and that they will get back to me when they have it, which they didn't. Then new problems started. The fan would start and stop, oscillate, increase and decrease speed automatically. I called them again and they came late again, but agreed that the problem is with the board, but that there was no stock and postponed it again for many days. Finally when I called again, they replaced the board and since then, it is working perfectly. The fan has 3 speeds. The wind delivery is good even in the first level. There is noise from the fan(wind noise), but I prefer to have noise as that will block other sounds. 1st speed 50dB 2nd speed 55dB 3rd speed 60dB The remote is very good and will work even at a long distance and at any angle(as long as there is line of sight.) I fully recommend it, but make sure it is working properly.

The product is very good and of good quality but there is a lot of vibration at the speed. The first point is that the speed is very noisy and there is a rattling sound. 10/10✅ Product ✅ Packaging box ✅ Delivery ✅

Worst Product and Pathetic Service by Orient - Do Not Buy!
I purchased this Orient wall fan from Amazon. It worked fine for just 20 days and then stopped working completely. The real nightmare started with their customer service. I raised an official complaintIt took them more than a month just to send a technician. When the technician finally visited, he promised to return in 4 days with spare parts but never showed up. To make it worse, they closed the complaint ticket without even repairing the fan! Extremely disappointed with the product quality and worst-class service. Had to file a case in the National Consumer Forum (NCH) to get a response. Save your money and look for other brands. Strictly NOT recommended!

Good Product, Worth the price
Package was sealed - both Amazon and Product box. Unpacking and assembly was easy. They provide all necessary screws and holder. Remote is easy to operate once you understand. The only downside I see is that the blades are plastic, and may bend or break while cleaning.

Hanks for replacement
Today received the replacement for Orient fan. Installed the fan and working fine. Thanking for taking back the earlier defective fan and replacing it with good one. Still, I think there has to be double check for quality because in this age of social media as well competition and availability of different manufacturers, one needs to be focused of its brand value and image.
