お値段と性能を考えて、どうかなぁ？と思いましたが実際送られてきた品物を使ってみたら大満足でした‼とても満足しています。

Da possessore di vari Litmann, di cui un Litmann Classic II medico, che tuttora utilizzo e che è sempre nel taschino del mio camice, ero già conoscenza della qualità di questo marchio. Dovendo fare un regalo che avesse attinenza sanitaria, ho deciso di acquistare questo modello di stetoscopio ad uso infermieristico, che sarebbe sicuramente risultato utile al destinatario. Non mi sbagliavo. La persona è rimasta molto soddisfatta del regalo e, allo stesso tempo, anche entusiasta per la qualità costruttiva, dei materiali, e perché no, anche del colore, particolarmente originale. D'altronde Litmann è una costante in ambito di strumentazione di auscultazione a livello sanitario. Esistono molti altri marchi di qualità elevata, ma personalmente solo con Litmann mi sono trovato a mio agio. Non avendo provato il prodotto in questione direttamente, non posso giudicarne la comodità, ma conoscendo la qualità dei prodotti Litmann, sicuramente anche questa caratteristica sarà all'altezza del marchio. Elemento importante da non sottovalutare è sicuramente il fatto che Litmann abbia deciso di integrare dei gommini auricolari morbidi nei suoi ultimi modelli di stetoscopi e fonendoscopi che rendono molto più confortevole l'auscultazione, rispetto a quelli rigidi di una volta, che si rivelavano più che altro dei chiodi per il cranio. Servizio Amazon ovviamente impeccabile come al solito, così come la spedizione e l'imballaggio. Il prodotto è arrivato perfettamente integro.

I have been wanting one of these for years, they are close to being the Rolls Royce of stethoscopes. Thankfully they don't cost as much! The nursing stethoscope is slightly less expensive than some of the doctors Littmann's but what makes this so good for us is the shape of the head. Being egg shaped it fits snugly under BP cuffs compared to the usual round ones. The build quality of the Littmann is also far superior than that of your usual "cheapie" stethoscope you buy from web sites,and available in some funky colours now as well. That aside make sure you get it labelled because it's the sort of kit that can "grow legs" and walk!! If you want to do a proper job (and I do)! (..I work in a specialist Cardiac Hospital) you need a proper piece of kit. Unfortunately the NHS doesn't buy this sort of stuff anymore so we have to buy our own, but with quality like this it lasts for years. Sonically the diaphragm (high / low frequency options) are superb, pick up is exceptional, my audiophile engineer husband was astounded at the pick up & clarity, he sat attentively listening to various aspects of his body, hearing plenty that he'd not experienced before with my old "bog-standard" stethoscope, ...i'm actually glad the pup rummaged around in my work bag & destroyed the old one as this is of infinitely better quality & durable Worth every penny ...& more.
