Great price, though not as tough as some of its competition. Definitely a great buy for most users.
This is the fiber cable you need from your Fiber To The Door (FTTD) terminus to your fancy new router. Make sure you order the correct length to reach from the wall to your router. Too much fiber attracts pets and pests (and little people if you have them in your house). It's well-made, has good connectors, and has a Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen rating (meaning, if your house catches on fire, it won't contribute really nasty chemicals to the smoke). The price is impressive - about half the cost of some of its competitors, though it lacks some features (such as internal armor for the fiber). For most people's needs, this is going to be a great choice. The cable supports single-mode, 125um laser transmission. Make sure you don't need multi-mode, though you almost certainly don't for most household applications. Summary: This is a great cable for the last leg to your router from the Fiber Terminus of your FTTD service, just make sure you order the correct length for your needs. Definitely a 5-Star cable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable, High-Speed Connection
This fiber optic cable worked perfectly right out of the box. The build quality is excellent—the connectors feel solid and secure, and the cable itself is well-made with a durable jacket that gives confidence it will last. Performance-wise, it delivers exactly what it promises. I’m getting a stable, high-speed connection with no signal loss or interruptions, which is critical for my setup. The SC/APC connectors fit snugly and ensure a clean, reliable connection every time. Installation was quick and straightforward—just plug and play with no hassle. It’s a simple product, but it makes a big difference when you need consistent, high-quality data transmission for networking or fiber internet setups. Overall, this is an excellent value for the price. If you need a dependable fiber optic patch cable that performs reliably and is built to last, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

A solid performer with good data speeds.
This cable was as good as some of the others I've tried. The cable jacket appears to be tough and durable. The connectors are well made, fit my equipment nicely and remain secure once attached. This is a great consumer level product but if you're in some sensitive data center and need the best, you may want to upgrade. I tried to stress the cable at the connections to look for failures but in the cable itself and with loss of data but everything was fine.

Reliable and Affordable Fiber Patch Cable for Home Networking
I picked up this 3FT SC/APC to SC/APC single mode fiber optic patch cable to connect my ONT to the router in my FTTH setup, and it's been performing flawlessly. The simplex design with the 9/125µm core ensures minimal signal loss, and it's fully compatible with OS1/OS2 standards, which is perfect for high-speed internet without any interference or drops. The yellow PVC jacket is flexible and easy to route, even in tight spaces, and the pre-terminated connectors fit snugly with no issues on insertion. I've been running gigabit speeds consistently, and the low attenuation (around 0.2dB) keeps everything stable. No complaints about build quality—it's sturdy enough for indoor use without being overly rigid. For under $10, this Ohmvolta cable is a great value compared to pricier options. If you need a short, reliable jumper for your fiber setup, this one's a winner. Highly recommended!

Works well
I used this fiber patch cable to connect my wall fiber outlet directly to my PON device (ONT), and it has worked flawlessly. The connectors seated firmly on both ends with a secure, positive click. Alignment was precise, and I had no issues with signal recognition or dropouts after installation. My connection came up immediately and has remained stable with no interruptions. The cable jacket feels durable yet flexible enough to route cleanly without putting strain on the connectors. It’s not overly stiff, which makes it easy to manage in tighter spaces behind equipment. The connector boots appear well-molded and provide good strain relief. Since fiber connections can be sensitive to quality and polishing, I paid close attention during installation. The ends were clean, properly capped, and showed no visible defects. Performance has been exactly what I would expect from a properly made single-mode patch cable. Overall, this is a straightforward but important component, and it does its job well. If you need a reliable jumper between a fiber wall plate and a PON device, this is a dependable option.

Works well
No issues with this patch cable. Plugged in and my transceivers linked up instantly with full speed. The cable is as flexible as any of my other fiber patch cables so I had no issues routing it. The connectors are attached well and seem to have no issue with multiple plugs. They seated properly in the transceivers and are not loose. Very happy with the cable, the price is very good compared to some other options.

Well built, well working Fiber Optic Patch Cable for a great price.
I have been needing another one of these Single Mode Fiber Optic Patch Cable since I got my new 85" Samsung TV. I use an extra pair of headphones as I am about 50% deaf in one ear and 75% in the other. Until I ordered the OHMVOTA SC/APC to SC/APC Single Mode Fiber Optic Patch Cable, I had no way of making a clean clear and precise connection between the sound bar and the head phones. Problem solved!!! This 3-foot long cable arrived quickly once it was ordered. It was well packed. The cable insulation is smooth and strong and thick with no signs of any kind of issue. The connector ends are clean without blemish and they work perfectly. Connecting the two systems took less than a minute and lined up perfectly. I have had crystal clear sound now since the connection. The cable was a great value for the money and I would recommend it for anyone needing a good Fiber Optic Patch Cable.

The shielding is VERY small
This cable has the feel of good quality materials, and is easy enough to install. 3 feet should be plenty for use in the average home theater or computer set-up, so length is good, too. The data quality is what you'd expect from a fiber line, and it seems to function just fine in that regard. I have one concern, though...the cable itself is barely 2mm thick; there's virtually nothing protecting the optic line inside, so be very careful not to bend, fold or otherwise strain this one to prevent breakage.

Safer to bury this between buildings instead of ethernet cables
SC/APC to SC/APC Single Mode Fiber Patch Cable 30M: Just what I needed. 30 metres is enough to be fed through my wall to the outside through a buried conduit and up in to the garden shed for reliable fast internet when I am working in there. With this being made out of glass, it is safer for your buildings and equipment in a lightening storm because if the ground nearby is struck, the charge won't conduct through the ground and then wire to end up frying your equipment. Choose this instead of feeding and burying an ethernet cable. Its also single mode, so everything is carried out on one strand, which is meant to be better if I remember correctly. The wire is very thing but you wont need to be super careful with it. Just make sure you don't bend it too much. A 90 degree change in direction needs to be a curve, not a sharp bend.
