All-Clad HA1® Expert Nonstick , 11" Griddle Pan

All-Clad products are excellent! When they say “non-stick” that’s exactly what you get. With just a little butter or oil fried eggs slide right out of the pan. No spatula needed. After using their 9” skillet for several months we decided they are worth every penny. We now have two frying pans and this griddle and have thrown away our old ones.

I continue to collect this top notch brand. I got this returned pan that was in perfect condition. I’ve used it for pancakes and French toast with great results. No warping like my last POS griddle pan. The handle is long, comfortable, cool to the touch and far from the hot cooking surface. The size is just right for my large electronic cooktop. I store it in the below oven drawer.

This was advertised as "induction compatible" on the Amazon website. It is not. I've retruned it, but this is false advertising.

Decent pan but it’s horrible to use on an electric coil stove. It’s so light it slides all over the place.

Great product and easy to cook most meats egged and fish.

This is the absolute best pan to make grilled cheese sandwiches!

Love All-Clad pans. Have bought several, so had to buy this one to make pancakes on!
