Absolutely great product and serves its purpose to the T. Easy to have...just gulp down 2 tabs before dinner with water... no mixing of isabgol or similar ayurvedic products with water and drink the tasteless/ bitter concoctions.No imm side effects noted but do not know if long term use can be done or not.I hv purchased mainly for my tours where its easy to carry and use.
