Absolutely beautiful and works great
This was an absolutely beautiful showerhead. The color is beautiful. It works amazing. It’s so stylish. It looks beautiful in my bathroom. I get so many compliments and I love the fact that it gives a lot of water pressure and the fact that you also have a handle and you can work both at the same time if you twist the knob at a certain angle, I would definitely buy this again.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with these. Both the shower and bath tub faucets are held together by the thinnest bit of threaded metal, can’t even hand tighten it without it slipping and pulling out. Water sprays all over because you can’t tighten it. Can’t change them out now because the valve is inside the wall and tiled over. So I’m stuck trying to JB weld the fixtures together. Very poor design.

Actually quite good quality, all metal (except the cap on the handheld sprayer) and matching finish. One complaint, though, the company laser etched their weird non-word branding on the shower control. No one wants that. It’s not a recognizable brand (or even pronounceable) and cutting it into the finish is deal-breaking offensive
