Although not all of the tapped holes were tapped all of the way through, I was still able to assemble it after getting a larger Philips head bit. I would buy again. 5 I am impressed Posted by Sarah on May 15th 2020 I purchased this 12U rack for a home lab environment to work on certifications and I can say that I am impressed. While somewhat expensive for a home use, this thing is cheap by rack standards. Because of that, I expected it to include cheap nuts and bolts to put everything together, but was surprised to find high quality nuts, washers, and screws. The rack even included some wrenches and a screwdriver to put everything together. While they were not professional grade tools by any means, they did a fine job with assembling this rack. Thumbs up to StarTech for not using cheap hardware that will shear and strip during assembly. 5 very high quality materials and strong!
