Honey Butter Chips (Original, 3)

The flavor isn't for me, but my sister loves them! I bought these chips to see why 707 from Mystic Messenger loved them so much Even though I'm not a fan of the flavor, I can see the appeal. The chip bags aren't very big, so the price is a bit much for what you're getting. I do think these are worth trying at least once though!

These are literally the best chips ive ever had. It tastes like sweet butter. I wish it were less expensive though. Im gonna bulk buy more.

I have been playing Mystic Messenger since 2017, and has been the one app I have never deleted. The characters are great, including my top three favorites known as Saeyoung, Saeran, and Yoosung. But...what does that have to do with this product? I'll tell you. Saeyoung Choi, AKA 707, has a favorite snack that consists of Honey Butter Chips and Ph. D Pepper. Even better these look like the exact same brand, only the ones I recieved had the writing in English as pictured. I didn't think these were real until I decided to look them up on Amazon last week. As soon as I saw them and they have mainly good reviews, I decided to buy them. PACKAGING: As you can see no chip bag was ripped, hence I found no chips scattered in the box. They had those plastic puffy bags on the top, just enough to keep them in place. The chips are also up to date, and won't expire until six months from now. PRICE: You can choose how many bags, so of course the price varies. These are three bags of them, bigger than the snack size but smaller than a regular bag of chips you would get at a grocery store. I bought the three PC one, which I got for $10 and somethings cents. For someone like me who lives in the U.S. and can't get these chips anywhere else, $10 for three bags of a Korean product is not considered expensive. Each of the three bags would be about $3 a PC on their own, so it's fair. FLAVOR: I'll do my best, I'm not Daym Drops. It's as it says all over the bags, HONEY BUTTER. The chips remind me of Lay's but not as thin and won't break at even the lightest touch like Lay's. When you bite into it, there is that beautiful, crispy crunchy sound as you would get with any other chip similar to it. It's not a salty chip, but sweet instead and not overly so. The chips is a sweet buttery flavor with a hint of honey to it. Nothing is too strong in flavor, everything is just right; you know, you can taste the potato chip. Everything balanced. Doctor Who introduced me to Jelly Babies, I enjoyed those. Mystic Messenger introduced me to Honey Butter chips, I enjoyed those as well. Thanks Saeyoung!

Initially, I went on Amazon to try to get these chips for a lower price than the grocery store where they can be found, but the only difference is that they're gone or sold out in store. The 3-pack came in a plastic bag in a box. Chips have a good texture and are crispy, although they have less of a crunch than the average Lay's. Think of them as the opposite of kettle-chips or baked ones. I find the chips good now, although they are somewhat of an acquired taste. I don't really think they taste like honey or butter.

this was probably a very interesting experience. i’ve been getting into mystic messenger lately and of course, i couldn’t help myself when buying these. i’ve read the negative reviews first before it came and i instantly got nervous. i didn’t want opened bags showing up. it was terrible. anyways i finally open the box and see a large plastic bag with the 3 chips sitting up perfect. not a single bag that was open. immediately i was relieved. i took a bag out of the bag and tried to open it.. THE SEAL WAS TOO POWERFUL. maybe because of the people reporting opened bags? i’m not sure but these were way too powerful to open. finally after about a minute or two, i opened it. and immediately came the scent of sweet butter. it smelled nice, but that’s just me. i ate one single chip and i was...shocked. i can understand why people say that it tastes like plastic. it has a wack aftertaste but when eating the chip, it was like sweet flavored butter. i mean, i’m not sure exactly about honey but i definitely taste the butter. my brother didn’t like it because of the aftertaste but i could probably eat these like popcorn. i mean, i’m not gonna be like seven or yoosung and just eat bag after bag, but these were really good on the first go. i am however concerned with the chemical warning lmao. that is very concerning. but other than that, these taste pretty good. even though it would take a powerful god (like seven lol) to open the chips, these are pretty good.

I was originally looking for the pringles honey butter stix but soon found out that they were discontinued. I saw this and figured I would try it. I saw a few reviews saying it was a combo of sweet and salty so I figured I'd like it. When they arrived I was so excited but it turned out to be disappointing. It tastes like a mix of BBQ chips and sour cream & onion if you are into that then this is definitely for you. However, if you are into more of a sweet and salty combo I don't recommend it.

the chips expired june 3 2021, and I ordered them in October! disappointed because they’re so good and expensive

I loved these, they are completely different to any other crisp I've tried. Slightly sweet with the honey flavour, and really buttery.
