Then filter liquid back into 4 gallon pot. 6 - Use funnel to pour hot liquid into sterilized bottles immediately‚ taking care to tighten caps. Allow bottle to cool; then tighten caps again. 7 - Refrigerate. Essiac contains no preservative agents. (If mold should develop in bottle‚ did immediately) 8 - Shake bottle of Essiac. Take 4 Tablespoon (2 ounces) of Essiac Twice per day. Morning; you can eat 5 minute after taking the Essiac. Bedtime; on an empty stomach‚ at least 2 hours after eating. Infusion or Tea - Use 1 teaspoon of cut per cup of distilled water. Bring water to a boil‚ remove from the heat source‚ then add the applicable a of to the water.
