"Understanding each stage of a child’s development does not come
naturally to everyone. Having a reliable source to guide and
support you through the ups and downs of raising a child is
grounding. Given proper tools and enlightenment, the task of
discipline is filled with awe and wonder. For every parent,
grandparent, and teacher of a toddler, Toddler Discipline for
Every Age and Stage is an invaluable toolkit!"―Kathryn Miller,
Director, The Innovative School
"Through vivid vignettes and extensive theoretical grounding,
Aubrey invites us to see toddlerhood with a fresh pair of eyes,
to see young children in positive and compassionate ways.
Aubrey’s warm, kind, and down-to-earth personality shines through
the pages of this book, as she so gently and wisely accompanies
you in your parenting journey. Her guidance is honest, practical,
and reliable. In this book, Aubrey does not prescribe a
one-size-fits-all approach, rather she makes room for you to
choose an approach that best works for you. The book is one of a
kind, and a must-read for anyone who is looking for effective
guidance to navigate through toddlerhood."―Sid Mohandas, Doctoral
Researcher, Middlesex University, London

confidence. Why this book? Toddler Discipline for Every Age and
Stage is respectful, wise, and helpful. Aubrey Hargis not only

empathy for them. Respect underpins this book and comes from her

personality, strengths, and weaknesses. Help arrives with
hundreds of tips, techniques, and cautions. The book is arranged
by age and makes finding your issue and answer(s) easy. Should
