someone mentioned heat setting the fabric after painting on it. Is this true?

If you want it to last you should heat set it and the color will not fade as bad with wash. It says to do that on the label I have.

What colors are in them?

When I received them they included: Red, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Light Green, Teal, Light Blue, Purple, Black and Grey.

Can I wash the project decorated with this marker with other regular laundry?

Once you followed the initial directions to heat set your design, you should have no problem. The design will not run.

Does this box contain a pink marker? If so, is it hot pink or bubble-gum-pink?

Hot Pink. Most of the fabric markers are hot pink. The crayola fabric markers are very good with minimal bleeding if you use good fabric. Something like dish towels will bleed without blooter paper.The best bubble gum or lighter pink I have found is Marvey fabric pastels. Be sure not to get the paint version unless you want heavy paint look. Stick with the dyes for fabric saturation. You can get a pastel pack or buy them individually on Amazon. Fine tip is available.
