Good parm
We go through a good amount of parm and my son is very picky about the type (must be grated, not shredded, must clump together so he can get the occasional chunks of cheese). He didn’t notice that we bought a different brand this time because the taste was delicious and fresh, and he got a couple of big chunks of clumped together cheese. The price was decent. No complaints.

Great on Tomato Based Pasta!
This Parmesan Cheese is amazing on tomato based pastas! Once you try it you wont settle for the “green” container parmesan on the market. It is worth the money you will spend for this product. Shelf life is good because it does not last long in my house:) Highly recommend trying it!

Belgioioso, Parmesan, Grated, 5 oz, Usage and storage.
Amazing taste and flavor that pairs well with almost everything you put it on, Apples, Asparagus, vegetables, Steak, etc. The downside is that it has consistency of pixie dust, it literally dissolves on contact with anything moist and the shelf life is too short at 3 to 5 days after opening the package. After opening the container I recommend placing the whole container in an air tight plastic bag or container and placing it in a crisper bin to help delay spoilage.

Very Flavorful Parmesan Cheese
Excellent flavor Parmesan cheese. Note that it should be used in 5 days! Be sure to not put anything in the cheese in the container because even a clean spoon can trigger mold. This cheese is worth it: it’s inexpensive and makes any dish several cuts above.
