Does it come with two separate mag holders or just one

It comes with one rifle pouch with a separate pistol pouch attached to the front. Both pouches share a common bungi retention system as seen in the picture. Great pouch! I use 4 of these on my 5.11 v tac vest in the front and they work great as I run both AR and AK platforms. Highly adjustable and the pistol pouch works very well for other items such as compact flashlight and multi tool. Hope this helps.

Does the mag pouch hold a Sig P320 mag?

After viewing the product, you should be able to use this double decker magazine pouch for your Sig P320, there may be a slight issue of it being a little tight in the pouch, but should still work.

Would this fit a Fn 509 mag?

Yes it should fit FN 509 mags. I run sig 320 17rd mags in mine.
