How many litres volume do they have, please?

I’m not exactly sure, but I’m pretty strong and exercise with weights almost daily and they could hold everything I put in them. They were then transported, emptied and used again twice whilst I transported rocks from my garden to my friends a few miles away. So I would have to say strong enough as I still have a few left to use again 😷
