Galaxy J4 Plus 32GB Single SIM UK Version - Black

Excellent seller. Very quick delivery. The smartphone is what I expected it to be and I am highly satisfied with it. I won't go into technical details, I will only say that this is a great phone as well as a great value for money.

Did the change from basic iPhone to the Samsung, you can do alot more with the Samsung and the added bonus of the extra memory sd card slot so you're not having the reminder your phone is full of photos etc, I've added the extra 64gb to mine ontop of the 32gb,, the only issue I have with this phone is it's slow compared to most Samsung's, I'd class this as an entry level sort of smart phone. If you're not fussed over loads of apps or thousands of photos then go for it, the camera is very good if I'm honest, just wish the phone was abit quicker, now that could be down to me over filling my phone.

Nice and light weight, packaged well and sent on time

Well it's a nice phone a solid phone. Fit for purpose. Its not black. More like a Midnight Blue. But thats ok. I like it. One of my favourite car colors. A bit perturbed by the fact its from czech repuplic (love the plaxe fyi). The instructions are in Czech and the earphones look like they were made in the 90's for a 2020 Craft Design & Technology project. I never saw anything like it. Having seen the earphones that come with the UK version and the UK version itself 24hrs earlier, I am left wondering whatelese is strange/different with the phone? 🤔Difficult to tell at this stage. I hope the real reason for the -£40 delta vs UK version is one that I can live with. Comes in an authentic looking, properly sealed box. So if it were not to be genuine, we are talking extraterrestrial quality knockoff for one of Samsungs lowest value offerrings, which wouldnt make sense. So will go with genuine. I found the SD slot. Turns out this phone is also dual sim! So I am now rocking the sandisk 128gb pro. No more space complaints. I had my eye on the note 9. But refused to shell out the cash. I am using an S6 🤧which is pretty much a childrens phone. 6" min screen size required. Texting is a nightmare anyway. If like me you do nothing but stream and text and surf then this phone is perfect. If you plan to play sophisticated games or run sophisticated apps. This phone is not for you. FYI, no fast charge so a power bank is mandatory. 3hours charge time. But what did you expect for around the £150 mark? Update video playback quality is quite poor. Not very HD at all. Agsin to be ex0ected for the money. Battery lasts when not excessively in use. But rapidly degrades in tue same way as all others when using navigstion or streaming. I can live with it for 12months. 2 years tops. The I get the note 10 in 2020/2021.😁

I was informed that the Samsung J4 would be a huge improvement upon my old motorola. All I wanted was a good reliable phone that can keep a strong signal, make and receive calls efficiently , with a decent web connection for occasional web use. No games or gimmicks. Before ordering, I called Amazon to confirm that the phone was indeed a UK model, and was informed it was. When it arrived from reseller Seagull UK, the handset, and the documentation were in Slovenian and not UK as listed! Impossible to read or understand! I have since seen that other customers have experienced other non uk phones with this seller. It took 3 weeks or more to get the reseller to arrange pick up of the phone, and a further week and a half later, I still have not had the refund to my account that was promised. Meanwhile, the handset icons are very small compared to the motorola, and connectivity poor to local networks. I have since been forced to buy another phone Argos, before I have had my refund from Amazon. This is a motorola G7 power which has all of the things I need, and works really well.

Bought this mobile to replace a cheap Vodaphone smartphone that had reached the end of its usefulness. I read the reviews from others who had purchased it. I agree with the feedback that it is a great value smartphone which has a solid build, look and feel of a hand piece that might be twice the cost. Much easier to set up than I thought. I didn't realise the battery was built-in and there was no need to fiddle about taking the back off!! This meant I only needed the pin supplied to insert my SIM and SD card. Would definitely recommend this to anyone on a 'budget' but doesn't want to compromise on quality.

This is my first smart mobile. I am 85. At first it was strange, but with the help of relations and friends I was soon able to use it, maybe not with full confidence. I hope to get better.

This phone is not a flagship phone like the Samsung Galaxy S20 or Note 20 however this phone is a good phone for a few good reasons Number 1: it is a very sturdy built phone. If you buy this phone you won’t feel as if your holding a £180 phone in your hands. You will feel as if you own a new Samsung Number 2: the phone can still run all the latest apps and is getting support for one UI which is one of the latest software updates for this phone. Number 3: if I haven’t given you enough reasons to buy this phone then this will it is only £180 pounds and it is still looking quite sleek and Modern for its age. There are a few bad things about this phone though Number 1: it is very slow and buggy sometimes however you have to give it some slack as it is 2 years old now and only had mid spec to low spec processors then. Number 2 : the battery life is good but it requires a lot of improvement because it takes ages to charge and loses charge quite quick so not great. Number 3: the phone is now two years old if you need a phone on a budget get a Huawei P Smart or a Samsung A21s which are both new but under £200 Don’t buy this phone if you are buying brand new if you want this phone get it used
