Remove ice wrap from plastic bag and place in freezer for approximately 4 hours before first use. For best results, keep the wrap folded flat while freezing. There is no need to remove the ice inserts between freezing cycles. Make sure the inserts are distributed evenly throughout the length of each sleeve.
