Product Description ------------------- Berbere Spice is a hot and spicy combination of Black Pepper, allspice, Fenugreek , Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg, Ajwan , Cardamom, Coriander, Cumin, Chillies and Sea Salt. WIth this blend a little goes a long way as it is very hot. Traditionally it is used to flavour beans and lentils, but it is actually very versatile and works well with chicken. Fry for a few seconds before adding other ingredients to bring out the full flavour of the spices.
