The skins stay in contact with the must for 24 hours prior to a gentle pressing to separate them; this creates the delicate colour and helps to provide the wine with notes of mixed red berries to go alongside floral and white fruit aromas; Freixenet Cordon Rosado Semi Seco Cava 20cl: The grape varieties used for this rosé Cava are Garnacha and Trepat which makes up the majority of the blend. Bright strawberry-pink; the nose is aromatic and fruity, shows rich floral and fresh bay leaf aromas from the Garnacha, blending with blackberry, strawberry, dried fig and dates from the Trepat; Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut Cava 20cl: A blend of the traditional Penedès varieties of Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada and made by the 'Mètodo Tradicional': this is the same method used to make Champagne and all Cava. Very light refreshing style, with fine, delicate aromas of green apple and pear, with notes of peach and melon over a base of citrus; Bottega Gold Prosecco Brut 20cl: Made from Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills which are hand-picked and gently pressed in the winery. The must obtained is fermented in for nearly 40 days, at about 15° C. Characteristic, fruity with scents of golden apple, Williams pear, acacia flowers and lily of the valley; Galanti Prosecco Extra Dry 20cl: Shows the typical fruit spectrum of apple and pear with a hint of peach; followed by a fine, persistent, soft fizz; Da Luca Prosecco 20cl: A classic example of the Glera grape grown in the Prosecco region. Pear and peach fruit on a lively, yet soft and generous palate.
